Gift card policy
These terms and conditions apply to Happy Wine in The Grove gift cards The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Additional terms and conditions apply to e-gift cards, “e-store credit” cards and promotional e-gift cards.
Gift cards issued by Happy Wine in the Grove are only redeemable at the Happy Wine in The Grove retail location or their online site. Gift cards may also be used for food purchases at the retail location.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may be replaced only with valid proof of purchase and will be re-issued with the remaining gift card balance.
Happy Wine in the Grove gift cards are not a credit or debit card.
You may check your gift card balance by calling or visiting the Happy Wine in the Grove retail location.

Shipping regulations
Delivery to your home or office is available depending on state law. Where permitted, you (or, where allowed, your designee) must be aged 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued picture ID in order to obtain your shipment. All delivery orders are subject to product availability and delivery locations. Quantities and frequency may be restricted by law or Happy Wine in The Grove at it’s discretion.
Availability and pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are additional. We reserve the right to adjust prices as we may determine in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice. We will not, however, be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes.
All of our Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any Order.
Returns
We do not accept the return or exchange of any wine product purchased from us. We will only accept returns if the product purchased is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption. Additionally, return claims will only be accepted within 10 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at (305) 460-9939, explain the reason for your return request and receive instructions from us regarding the return process.
